Getting Started with Insyte: A Complete Beginner's Guide

Insyte is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform that helps you find companies, enrich contacts, and research prospects — all in one place. This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at insyte.ai/signup using your Google account or email. You'll get 50 free credits to explore the platform — no credit card required.

Step 2: Define Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

During onboarding, you'll be asked to set up your ICP. This helps Insyte prioritize the companies and contacts most relevant to you. You can configure:

• Target industries — Select the industries you sell into
• Company size — Filter by employee count or revenue range
• Geography — Choose the countries and regions you operate in
• Other criteria — Funding stage, technology stack, and more

You can always update your ICP later from Settings.

Step 3: Search for Companies

Use the search bar to find companies using natural language. For example:

• "SaaS companies with 50-200 employees"
• "Fintech startups that raised Series A"
• "Manufacturing companies in Germany"

You can also use the filters panel to narrow results by industry, location, size, and more.

Step 4: Reveal Contacts

When you find a company you're interested in, click into their profile to see key contacts. Use 1 credit to reveal verified email addresses and phone numbers for decision-makers.

Step 5: Use the AI Research Agent

For deeper research, use the AI Research Agent. Ask questions like:

• "Why should I reach out to this company?"
• "What are their recent buying signals?"
• "Who are their main competitors?"

Each AI deep research costs 10 credits and provides a comprehensive analysis.

Understanding Credits

Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation:

• Contact reveals: 1 credit each
• AI deep research: 10 credits each
• Credits reset monthly and don't roll over

You can track your usage in the dashboard and purchase additional credit packs anytime.
