How Credits Work
Insyte uses a simple credit-based system. Every plan includes a monthly allocation of credits that you spend on specific actions within the platform.

Starter Plan
- 500 credits/month — For individual sales reps
- All Free features plus advanced filters and CSV export
Professional Plan
- 2,000 credits/month — For growing sales teams
- Everything in Starter plus competitive intelligence and buying signals
Enterprise
- Custom credits — For large teams with specific needs
- Dedicated support, custom integrations, and SLA
Tips to Maximize Your Credits
- Use filters before revealing contacts — Narrow your search to find the right people first
- Check the company profile first — Basic info is free, so review before spending credits
- Use AI research strategically — Save deep research for high-value prospects
- Export in bulk — Export multiple contacts at once for efficiency
Monitoring Usage
Track your credit usage from the Dashboard. You'll see:
- Credits remaining this month
- Credits used today
- Usage history over time
You'll receive email alerts when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly allocation.
